Students and teachers at Arnold High School got an unexpected start to their morning when smoke was detected in the attic.
One of the air conditioning units caused smoke to billow into one of the classrooms. This caused the school to be evacuated for about 40 minutes, as fire fighters arrived on scene to handle the problem. The air conditioning unit was eventually taken out of service and classes resumed as normal.
