Panama City Beach- At Arnold High School where today, like on fields all across the area, it's time to put the pads on. Coach James Hale with about 30 to 40 kids on the varsity level heading into the Fall.

Like most teams there are some big holes to fill, certainly replacing running back Jeremy Hester the biggest for Arnold. Hale does have some good candidates for that in Andre Allen who moved up from Miami this year, and Jamari Hughes, a returning player. The coach also has the luxury of a little extra time to make sure those guys and everyone else is set to go for game one.

"We have it a little bit different in that we have week one open, so we can take it a little slower and work fundamental football, and then have a game plan later on." Coach Hale said. "So, we're going to work really the basics of blocking and tackling. Try to become a better, and more physical football team."

The Marlins will play at Bozeman in a 3 team jamboree with the Bucks and St. Joe, Thursday the 26th.
