Alabama's Nick Saban and Florida's Urban Meyer continue to try and deal with the problem of sports agents, and they've taken their case straight to NFL comish Roger Goodell.
Both schools confirming their coaches were among several college coaches who were part of a conference call with Goodell, and NFL player union reps, the subject, agents and their contact with players.
The NCAA's investigating alleged improper contact between agents and players at Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, Florida and North Carolina.
Saban closed practices to NFL scouts for now, but says that wasn't because of the agent problem. He says it wasn't fair to have his players evaluated during two-a-day's in triple-digit temps.
