WEWAHITCHKA, Fla- The question for the Gators is what can we expect from the Wewahitchka Gators this coming Fall?

Coach Lanter's team coming off a 4-6 season that was especially disappointing given a three and oh start.

"We got 30 kids out, that's a good number for us. We're at 240 for the school right now and I feel like 30 is a good number of kids." Lanter said. "Practice is going well, the kids are practicing hard, of course the heat is pretty bad. But the kids are practicing hard and doing a good job and doing the things they have to do to get better. We have 16 returning letterman so I feel really good about that. That if they believe in what we're doing and if they trust that good things will happen. And I think that they did a good job of that in Spring and listened. That to me that's the biggest thing, the trust factor and if we can trust each other and feed off of each other than we'll be all right."

The Gators will play host to South Walton in a preseason classic next Friday, they host Maclay in their opener on the third.
