He's only heading into his junior season at Arnold, but Eddie Williams is making a verbal commitment, saying he plans to sign with the University of Alabama when the time comes.
Williams is 6-3, and over the last two seasons at Mosley and Arnold has played some quarterback, but is now basically a safety and reciever for James Hale and the Marlins.
Williams saying Tuesday he wants to be the first player on the list of Nick Saban's 2012 recruits. Florida State and Florida also pushing hard to get Williams. This verbal commitment is non-binding, and Eddie can't officially sign with anybody until February of 2012.
