For the Florida State Seminoles, the football season begins this Saturday at Doak against Samford. Florida State a big time favorite to give Jimbo Fisher a win in his debut as the 'noles head coach, so perhaps the game itself lacking drama, but for the players, they simply can't wait for Saturday to arrive.

"But it's gonna be a huge adrenaline rush, it's been a long time coming. I mean Summer flew by, but it seems like the season has taken forever to get here, it's weird. We're just excited, we're excited to finally get out there, and be able to do this, we're excited and I know coach Fisher's excited as well."
As it turns out, Jimbo will be making his FSU head coaching debut against the small college program that gave him his first coaching gig, he was an assistant there for 6 years. Kickoff at Doak set for noon eastern.
