PANAMA CITY, Fla- The Mosley Dolphins used a tough running game and stout defense to rout over-matched North Florida Christian in their season opener at Tommy Oliver Stadium.

Mosley’s Deric Carter led the Dolphins with 175 yards rushing after carrying the ball just 14 times. He had scoring runs of 56, and 20 yards. Jackson Platt added 140 yards on the ground and a touchdown of his own in the first quarter.

Smaller 1A NFC was beaten up front on both sides of the ball, and managed just 13 points, as Mosley opened the season with an impressive 48-13 win.

Mosley plays Bay next Friday at Tommy Oliver stadium.
