Alabama coach Nick Saban talks during SEC Media Days on Wednesday in Hoover, Ala.
Let's talk about the still number one ranked football team in college ball, the Alabama Crimson Tide. This week the schedule gets tough again, as Saban and company prep for another road trip, this one to Fayetville to take on Arkansas.
Certainly 'bama fans have to be pleased with the Tide's first road trip, that coming this past Saturday, a 62-13 pasting of Duke. Even coach Saban was pleased, finding very little to be critical of.
Alabama Head Coach
"I thought it sort of presented a challenge to them to present an attitude to try to dominate and play to a standard. I really felt like, especially offensively we did that, really for 60 minutes in the game. The first four scoring drives were all touchdowns and I thought we really set the tempo early in the game and did a nice job."
The defense did give up it's first touchdown of the season, but overall Saban happy with the effort on that side of the ball as well. That dee gets a much tougher test this week against Ryan Mallett and the 10th ranked Razorbacks, who are coming off the last second win at Georgia. That game in Fayetville Saturday a 2:30 central start, Tide favored by 17.
