13 Student Athletes Sign at Bay

Panama City, FL---Wednesday turned into a rather busy day at Bay, in fact coach Longerbeam and company watching 13 players sign a variety of college offers.

Some getting full scholarships to division two programs, others getting grant in aid deals for N-A-I-A and preparatory schools.

Let's list them here for you quickly, three players, Michael Everett, Nigel Hill and Martez Mason, all signing with Atlanta Sports Academy, a prep program.

Four players signing on with YUBA Junior College in California, those four, Dushawn Green, Jordan Gipson, Steven Battle and Devian Taylor.

Kyle Melquist signed on with North Carolina Wesleyan.

Telvion Malone Boyd will head to Edward Waters in Jacksonville come August.

Dustyn Howard signing today with Faulkner in Montgomery.

Darreyen Sims and Dance Estes are part of the first recruiting class ever at Southeastern University in Lakeland.

And Tyron Lewis gets a full scholarship at Smith University, an historically black college in Charlotte North Carolina.

17 seniors played for Bay last season, all 17 are going to attend some school in the fall, so a big day indeed for the Tornadoes.
