BAY POINT MARINA- The 1st Blue Marlin at Bay Point Invitational was weighed Friday Night.

The 404.2 pound Marlin was caught by Fred Marshall aboard the "Traders Hill." The same group owns the Tuna record at 200 pounds, and back in 1988 they won the tournament with a 496 pound Blue Marlin.

A second Blue Marlin came in to the scales later Friday night. It was caught by Brian D'Isernia Jr on the "Miss Mimi." It weighed in at 374.2 pounds for second place.

Weigh-ins for the 40/40 shootout wrap up Friday night, but Invitational fishing continues Saturday. The Saturday weigh-ins run from 6-10 on Saturday.
