We start tonight with prep football and a look ahead to what should be a very good ballgame tomorrow night at Tommy Oliver.
The Arnold Marlins travel east to face intra-county rival Mosley. Among the story lines going into that one, this will be the last time running back Jeremy Hester will suit up and run it for the Marlins.
What a career it's been for number 21over 5 thousand yards, and in the last two seasons, about 37 hundred yards rushing with 52 touchdowns.
So what's it going to feel like putting on the Arnold jersey one last time?
Jeremy Hester said, "It's a sad moment because I won't be able to put this jersey on...It's kind of a bonding thing. We like brothers, we're like family out here. You know I'm going to miss all these people on the field, I'm going to miss all the coaches, everybody that I affiliate with. It's more like a family thing."
James Hale, Arnold Head Coach, said "It's sad because we're losing a great player but more importantly a great person. He is one of the leaders on this football team. He's our spiritual leader, good christian kid."
Hester, a verbal commit to Southern Miss., It's worth noting he's played through some pain this season with a small chipped bone in his back.
