We now know where Alabama and Florida will be bowling come January, as well as the rest of the BCS bowl games.

We begin with the National Championship game in Pasadena on January 7th.

Just as expected the BCS has Alabama number 1 and Texas number two. Those two will meet for the title in the championship game on January 7 in Pasadena.

The first bowl to be played on January 1st is the Rose. That game has Ohio State and Oregon set for a the annual match up of Big Ten and Pac 10.

It’s Oregon’s first trip toe the Rose Bowl since 1994.

The consolation prize for Florida is the Allstate Sugar Bowl against Big East champion and number three ranked Cincinnati.

Cincy is unbeaten and Florida is once beaten, and that match up also pits Urban Meyer against his Alma Mater.

TCU and Boise State will meet in one of the more intriguing match ups. Both teams unbeaten, and both not from power conferences.

Last but not least ACC champ Georgia Tech takes on Big 10 runner up Iowa in the Orange Bowl. Both teams have a couple of losses but have played well enough to get into the BCS.
