lets take it outside to a chilly soccer field at the Gavlak Sports Complex at Arnold. The Marlins hosting their 3-A one boy's tourney, and tonight taking on county rival Bay in the second semifinal.
Bay in red, with an early opportunity, great ball movement by Hugh Higgins, who makes the spin move and gets a shot, left footed, but that's off by just a few feet.
Arnold with a couple of good chances to score in the first half as well, first the crossing shot and the header by Jeremy Evans, he narrowly misses rolling that in.
Then off the corner kick, the ball in front of the goal for what seemed like a long long time before Bay clears it, they play a scoreless first half, in fact nobody scores until Arnold's Logan Graham finds the net in the 79th minute,
¶Marlins win one zip, they'll face Catholic in Friday's district title match. Catholic beat Marianna 8-0 in the other semi tonight.
