Middle school and high school teams in action all day.

In the distance relays, consisting of a 400 meter run, and 800, 1,200, and the mile, Fort Walton beach taking the win in this event with Luc Lawrence on the anchor leg.

The most decorated athlete at the track was Port St. Joe's Kayla Parker. She won the long jump with a jump of 18 feet 2 inches, and also won the 100 meter hurdles in blazing fashion. She ran 14.40 seconds.

Another big time runner in this area is Demontrez Mount from Fort Walton Beach, he takes the 110 meter hurdles for the boys with a time of 14.48 seconds..

Fort Walton Beach also take the 4x100 meter title in the 9 team field.

Fort Walton Beach takes the men's title overall, Bay in second, Niceville third, and host team Rutherford in 4th.

Taking the women's title Fort Walton Beach, then it's Port St. Joe losing by a point, and Bay in third, South Walton in fourth.
