New York- The regional tournaments in college baseball are all set now, and several Florida teams are in the mix for a national title shot.

The University of Florida was awarded the third national seed for the national tournament and will play host to a regional that includes Bethune-Cookman, Florida Atlantic and Oregon State. The regional top-seeded Gators will face fourth-seeded Bethune-Cookman at 7 p.m. on Friday.

The ACC tournament champion Florida State Seminoles will not host a regional but they are in the tournament as a #1 regional seed, albeit in Connecticut. They will be joined by Connecticut, Oregon, and Central Connecticut State. The ‘Noles will play Friday at 2 against Central. Florida State is making its 33rd-straight appearance, second all-time.

The only team with a longer streak is Miami. The Hurricanes are in the field for the 38th-consecutive year, extending its own record. Miami will also play host to an NCAA regional that includes Dartmouth, Florida International, and Texas A&M. The ‘Canes open the regional against the regional number 4 Dartmouth out of the Ivy League.
