Greensboro- The Seminoles state and ACC rival, the Miami Hurricanes, are also getting some recognition heading into the upcoming season.

The canes won 9 games last season, and showed glimpses of greatness, but also fell apart in some other games.

They will battle the Seminoles this year on October 9th for not only state bragging rights, but ACC supremacy.

The man that led them to those 9 wins, Quarterback Jacory Harris has had six months to heal after thumb surgery. If Miami plans to win the coastal division of the ACC they'll need him healthy.

Miami Kicker Matt Bosher said, "He's done great in the off season, he's done great in our weight room, doing great in practices. He's looking forward to getting back on the field with the team and can't wait for the season to start."
