Bay opening district play against undefeated Godby. The Cougars improve to 4-0 with a 21-7 win over the Tornadoes, who drop to 1-3 overall.

Bozeman with their home and district opener against Chipley last night. The Tigers also remain perfect with a 35-13 win over the Bucks; Josh Potter with a 95 yard touchdown run.

The weather was a major factor in Blountstown as the Tigers took on FSU High. Look at the conditions, but needless to say it was a low scoring affair. The Tigers are shutout at home 7-0 and drop to 2-2.

In 1-A District 1, Freeport beat Wewa on the road, 14-6.

Back to Panama City Beach, an intra county matchup between Rutherford and Arnold, a thriller as the Marlins win 18-16. They're 2-2, the Rams drop to 1-3.

And finally a little to the west, an Okaloosa County rivalry, Niceville defeats Choctaw 41-34 in a shootout.
