After Watching the Tape, Jimbo Very Impressed with FSU"s Game at Wake

Tallahassee, FL---Jimbo Fisher seems rather pleased with how his Seminoles handled their road trip Saturday to Winston-Salem.

The Seminoles, thanks to the blowout win over Wake Forest, now the second ranked team all the way around, including in the all important BCS rankings.

That thanks to Oregon losing to Stanford last Thursday and Florida State doing what was expected of it Saturday. A total beatdown of Wake, 51-3 the final. Jimbo saying Monday after watching the film, his team's performance was every bit as good as looked from the field!

"Extremely efficient very early in the game. We were very focused in all three phases. And that's one of the challenges we have playing on the road, dealing with adversity and dealing with different clutter and distractions and things that go on out there. This team's doing a really good job in my opinion of eliminating that clutter. And we've got to continue to do that. But very proud in all three phases, offense, defense, special teams. Setting the tone, getting the game under control and doing the things we had to do."

Coach Fisher and his staff now getting the Seminoles focused on a home date Saturday against 5-4 Syracuse. The Orange have won 3 out of 4 and two in a row over Wake and Maryland. Still FSU favored by 38. That game set for 3:30 eastern.
