Alabama Arrives in Big Easy for Sugar Bowl

New Orleans, LA --- College football is right in the middle of bowl season, and believe it or not, we are just days away from Alabama playing in the 80th edition of the Sugar Bowl.

Friday, the Crimson Tide packed up, left Tuscaloosa and officially arrived in New Orleans.

Bama hit the field at the Superdome, where the game will be played, with a two hour practice last night and another today that you see the footage from here.

This Tide group working to get familiar with their bowl games surroundings, but Nick Saban knows the Superdome well. It'll be his fifth BCS bowl game in New Orleans. He has a 3-1 record in those games.

Third ranked Alabama and 11th ranked Oklahoma will battle January 2nd at 7:30 central.
