Arnold plays host to Taylor County in soccer regional quarterfinal

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla- Thursday marks the start of the girl's high school soccer state playoffs, and that had 6 area teams in action, many of the local squads playing on the road as district runner-ups.

The Arnold Lady Marlins, as the champs of 3-A one, had the advantage of hosting their region quarterfinal match against Taylor.

They score 4 runs in the first half and four more in the second for an 8-0 blowout at home. The Lady Marlins will play host to Catholic which beat Florida in their regional quarter-final. That will be the 4th meeting between those two.
