2008 Bay alum Khyri Thornton working out at the scouting combine in Indianapolis Monday morning.
Khyri working out with the other defensive lineman, guys like Jadaveon Clowney of South Carolina and FSU's Timmy Jernigan. Thornton measuring out at a shade over 6-2 and a half, 304 pounds. Ran a 5.03 40....and overall graded out at 5-point-0, which in the NFL's deems him a 50-50 shot at making an NFL roster.
Last week we let you hear from Khyri as he worked out in Gulf Breeze. The Southern Miss alum says he's dedicated to doing what it takes to make it in the league. He's projected as a mid-round pick.
