Panama City, FL--Any high school football coach will tell you this is an extremely important part of the season.

Mainly because they are trying to further implement their system before the regular season kicks off in a few weeks.

Not only does Bay High School's head coach have to worry about that he is also worried about when his players will get to practice outside again.

Coach Jim Longerbeam is looking forward to his second season coaching the Tornadoes.

Last years team went 3-7 before vacating all of their wins.

This years team is looking to rebound and their hard-work and dedication during the offseason is a great sign for things to come
