Panama City, FL--Let's move it to basketball now and start on the high school level. The Bay Tornadoes tonight hosting 3-A district one foe Pensacola Catholic.
Coach Grady's squad coming in with a modest four game winning streak, could the Tornadoes make it five?
Bay trailing early second quarter, but going on a run, first it's Billy Dixson rebounding, spinning and hitting the jumper.
Then it's David Jones from the top of the key, nothing but net. A bit later, close to the same spot, catches some rim but it's three nonetheless.
Later on the defensive end, Jones and Lee work the turnover, Lee to Jones, ahead to Baxstresser, a 19-6 second quarter run has Bay up 11 at the break. Tornadoes hold on from there to win by 6, 55-49, Jones with 20, 5 in a row Bay 8-8
