Bay preps for crucial game at Chocatw.

It's a pretty simply equation for the Bay Tornadoes, they must win their final two games to have any chance of making the state playoffs. The first of the final two comes Friday night over at Etheredge Stadium against Choctaw. The Indians are 4-1 in 3-A one play, if they win, they guarantee themselves the runnerup berth in that district.

win over Gulf Breeze, now 3-2 in league play, they have to win Friday and again next week against Pensacola to keep their playoff hopes alive, so the pressure's on...

Frank Sorrells
Bay Head Coach

"Well I don't know about pressure but we certainly gotta feel the urgency to improve on some things because the two teams we're playing now, Choctaw. and then later on the big team, Pensacola, certainly they're the kind of team that can embarrass ya if you get down and play very poorly. They have enough athletes and are coached good enough to embarrass you so we want to play well. We've battled every game and we've been in every game we've played so we hope we can battle a little more and play a little bit better and certainly improve from last week."

That game at Etheredge a 7 o'clock start. That same district also has Arnold at Rutherford Friday, more on that later this week.
