Bulldogs Boast Undefeated Mark Heading Into Big Weekend

Marianna, FL---No doubt about it, one of the most impressive, if not thee most impressive teams in our area so far this season, is Marianna.

Coach Blanton and his Bulldogs have played 17 games thus far, and have won all 17. They play number 18 Friday night at home against Walton.

And then game number 19 set for Saturday night, a rematch with the Rams, at Rutherford, so a few biggies dead ahead.

Coach Blanton though, says he and his guys are focused squarely on just the one game up next!

"I just really do like how our kids respond to the next challenge that's put in front of them, which our next opponent now is Friday night at home against Walton, a big district game." Blanton tells us. "I just give all the credit to the kids. They just continue to meet those challenges, to stay focused against our opponents. They continue to work hard in practice. And we kind of put the game, once the game's over, we try to to put it behind us and start thinking about the next game. And I think the kids that we have right now are a little mature beyond their years. We really do appreciate the hard work and effort the kids are putting in, they are great group of kids."

Early next week we'll feature the Bulldogs more in depth, and ask the question, could this be among the best Marianna teams ever? Watch for that.
