Lynn Haven, FL---The Mosley Dolphins will spend next week playing in Rutherford's Panama City Invitational, and they head into that event coming off a thrilling 7-6 win over University High School out of Memphis Friday.
The Dolphins built an early 3-0 lead thanks in part to a two run double by Clay Causey.
University came back to score 4 times to take the lead, but the Dolphins countered in the bottom of the third with a three run blast by Causey.
Mosley eventually taking a 7-6 lead into the 7th and are able to hold on for the one run win thanks to a play at the plate, with the 'fins cutting down the tying run at home to end it.

Bottom of the first, Dolphins already up 1-0, with runners at 2nd and 3rd, Clay Causey sends one deep to left, over the outfielder's head for the 2 rbi double. 3-0 Mosley lead.
University rallys back for four runs to take the lead, but the 'fins come right back bottom three, Logan Quimuyog starts a two out rally with a base hit to left.
After getting another runner on, Causey connects sending a rocket to left center, that clears the bases and Mosley takes a 6-5 lead. And thanks to throwing a runner out at the plate to end in, the Dolphins hold on to win by one, 7-6 the final!
