Chipley, FL-- There's good news for the Chipley boy's basketball team. Junior guard Cam Dozier is once again clear to play ball. Dozier, who's averaged 15 points and just under ten assists per game, given that clearance by the F-H-S-A-A. Because of a potential paperwork problem, Dozier, number 50 and number one in the video here, had some elgibility concerns. Those concerns brought to the attention of the FHSAA by somebody outside the Chipley program. Coach Joel Orlando and the folks at Chipley then delivered all the paperwork asked of them by the governing body, and again Dozier's been cleared to play. Because of a foot injury and his elgibility status, Dozier's missed the last 5 games, but he is expected in the lineup Tuesday night when the Tigers host district rival Bay, Chipley going into that game 18 and oh. Coach Orlando says he's thrilled all this has been cleared up, for Cam's sake, because as Orlando puts it, he's a great kid, a great student, well liked by the student body and the fans of Chipley and Graceville.
