Chipley's Winning Streak Now 17
Chipley, FL--The Tigers run their basketball winning streak to 17 with a win Thursday over Rickards.

Chipley, FL--The Chipley Tigers will ride a 17 game winning streak into next week's district tournament at Freeport. The Tigers getting that 17th consecutive win Thursday night on the home floor beating Rickards 71-64. The game close much of the way, but thanks to a 23 point effort from Cam Dozier, and 17 more from Kobe Mcrary, the Tigers able to get the 7 point win, taking their overall record to 19-3. The Tigers are the top seed in their 1A district 2 tournament which gives them a bye into the semi's next Friday and will face the winner of the Baker-Jay play-in game which is Tuesday. Freeport takes on Northview in the other play-in game Tuesday, the winner of that faces second seed Holmes next Friday.
