Major League Baseball's best were honored Sunday night by the fans and coaches as they were selected for the 2014 MLB All Star Game.
Fans got dibs on picking the exhibition game's starters and for the second time in the last four years, former Chipola IndianJose Bautista got the most votes of anyone in the MLB.
One of only three people to have his number retired up in Marianna, Bautista received a total of 5,859,019 picks from the MLB fans across the country and world.
"Joey Bats" is headed to his fifth Midsummer Classic, his fourth straight as a starter after leading the American League in on-base percentage (.419 as of Sunday) and knocking out 17 homers for the Toronto Blue Jays.
He'll also be the AL's captain in this year's Home Run Derby taking place July 14th, one night before the All Star Game, which will decide home field advantage in the World Series. First pitch is set for 7:00 PM CT in Minneapolis, MN.
