Commodores Beat East Georgia

Panama City, FL---The Gulf Coast men's team will take a three game winning streak into conference play come the first week of 2014.

The Commodores wrapped up their two day tournament with a Monday afternoon win over East Georgia, winning the game 97-82.

The Commodores moving their overall record to 12-5 with that victory. Gulf Coast will begin all important conference play Tuesday, January 7th at Chipola.

The attached video shows the following:

-Commodores in white getting the early trey from Devon Baulkmon.

-Then it's Rutherford alum Jon Wade driving, and despite getting knocked down, gets the bucket to fall, five point early lead for Gulf Coast.

- A minute later it's Anton Waters feeding Wade inside, ball gets tipped away, Waters gets it, makes the nice spin move and scores.

-Then it's Gulf Coast beating the break, inbounds to Baulkmon who then feeds Folorunsho Akande. Commodores on their
way to a 15 point win, 97-82, move to 12-5.
