Dolphins Beat Bay, Look Ahead to Districts

Lynn Haven, FL--Prior to Thursday, the Mosley baseball team did not enjoy it's last outing, losing just it's second game of the season the week before to rival Rutherford. An 11-1 win against another county rival Bay perhaps just the boost of confidence the Dolphins needed heading into district play.

The victory taking Mosley's record to 22-2 as they look ahead to playing as the top seed in the 6A district 2 tournament at Crestview Tuesday.

The attached video shows the following:

Mosley takes the lead here in the bottom of the first, Logan Quimoyog goes the other way, reaches the track, deep enough to score Jordan Larry on the sac fly.

Then it's Zach Rhodes bouncing one through the left side, in comes Bowen McGuffin, in comes Clay Causey, it's a 3-0 Dolphins lead.

Joey Hair working with that lead, and he's good at keeping leads, gets the called third strike to end the third.

Bottom half, Mosley adds one on a Causey infield hit and a bases loaded walk by Hair, they win 11-1 in six, now look ahead to the 6A-2 tourney, they're the top seed for that over in Crestview.
