Dolphins Continue to Roll over Reavis (IL)

Lynn Haven, FL---The Mosley baseball team entered Thursday night gunning for it's 19th win in just 20 games so far this season.

The Dolphins tonight hosting a Reavis team out of Ilinois making the rounds during spring break, a loss at Arnold Monday, a loss last night at Rutherford.

Mosley looking to give them a defeat trifecta!

The Dolphins offense was efficient early, capitalizing on scoring opportunities with patience at the plate. Already ahead 1-0 in the first, the 'Fins work out walks from Brendan Fox and Sean Maddux to give the home team a 3-0 advantage.

Still with the bases loaded, Sean Maddux continues to keep the scoring going. He flies one deep to left to bring in Dillon Brown via sac-fly.

After leading 4-0 in the first, Mosley's starter Ashton Rogers gets one of his seven strikeouts on the night. He went four innings on the hill for the Dolphins.

Mosley would add two more runs in the second on a sac-fly and a fielders choice, upping the lead to 6-0.

They would add another two in the third, followed by two more the rest of the way to go on and win 10-4 over the visitors from Illinois.

In the highlights attached above, the action kicks off in the bottom of the first. Brendan Fox takes the bases loaded walk forcing in the 'fins second run.

Sean Maddux follows with another walk, making it 3-0 then it's Weston Bizzle to left, deep enough to score Dillon Brown and it's 4-0 Mosley.

Ashton Rogers the starter with all the run support early, he gets one of his 7 strikeouts in his 4 innings of work.

Mosley gets two more in the second and two more here in the third, bloop single from Bowen McGuffin drives home one of those.

Dolphins on the way to a 10-4 win, go to 19-1 this season. Coach Harless and company play at Bay tomorrow night.
