Knoxville, TN---Mosley senior Michael Duderstadt took a shot at grabbing gold in the 100 meter breaststroke at the USA Swimming Winter Junior National Championship Friday at the University of Tennessee.

The Auburn bound senior making it to the final of the 100 with an impressive swim in the qualifying heat in the afternoon.

He followed that up with another impressive run, with a time of 54.56 which was only one tenth of a second behind the winner, and just 18-hundredths off the all time Junior National record! So he winds up with the silver medal.

Michael's PC Swim Team coach Jonathan Kaplan telling us it came down to literally the last stroke!
