FSU Continues Climb Up Poll
Tallahassee, FL--Florida State moves up six spots in the latest A.P. poll released Monday.

Tallahassee, FL--Coming off two more conference wins over Georgia Tech and 18th ranked Virginia, the Seminoles are up six spots in the latest A.P. poll released Monday. Florida State remains tied atop the ACC with Carolina at 7-1, thanks to the current 7 game winning streak.
Coach Leonard Hamilton talked Monday about moving up in the poll. and the momentum his team is building.
"I think it's always nice when you get a certain level of recognition. But you wanna be there at the end, you want to complete, like I always say the cake's kind of still in the oven. We still have several more games to play We play 8 more games, we're halfway through the ACC regular season race. And we want to take advantage of this opportunity. We will never be in this position again, to have this opportunity for this year. So we wanna take advantage of every game and every opportunity."
FSU back at it Wednesday with a trip to Boston College. As for the Gators, they too with a 7 game winning streak, 19-4, and 7-1, up four spots to number 8 in the A.P. Gators face top ranked Kentucky Tuesday night in Lexington.
