TALLAHASSEE, Fla- For the Seminoles it's a second straight road trip, though a bye week sandwiched in between the Clemson loss and tomorrow's game at Wake.

That bye week giving EJ Manuel an extra week to heal up his shoulder injury, and this week in his return to practice, Jimbo liked what he saw in E-J though he's stopping short still of naming him the starter.

"Actually threw the ball well, threw the deep ball really well. Threw the underneath stuff, getting quick, I mean you can see, when he's getting fast, twisting, shoulder jerking and stuff. So we'll see how he's feeling and judge on some things and make a decision when we get to game time."
