Wednesday night game the Florida State Seminoles the chance to make a bit of a statement, as they hosted the team atop all the rankings, undefeated Duke. FSU has three times previously beaten a number one ranked team, could they make it four? Good start for the 'noles best player, Chris Singleton the fallaway baseline jumper. 5 point FSU lead early. Later it's the steal by Kitchen, who then passes ahead to Okaro White who dunks. Follow that up by the dunk from Bernard James, nice assist by Michael Snaer.
28-24 'noles at the half. Second half, Seminoles with more of the same, first it's Snaer driving, he misses, Kitchen there to put it back.
Then it's Singleton for three more from the top of the key, FSU withstands all the Duke rallies, and the 'noles win 66-61Kitchen with 22, Singleton 18. Huge win for coach Hamilton and his guys.
