Gainesville, FL---It is yet another change for that Florida defense which is losing several seniors, and some talented juniors as well.
Now add defensive coordinator Dan Quinn to the list of those departing.
He's accepted the job as the Seahawks defensive coordinator.
Quinn served as Florida's defensive coordinator the past two seasons, guiding a unit that this past season was one of the best, in fact the defense is why the Gators won 11 games and made it to the Sugar Bowl.
Will Muschamp wasting little time in replacing Quinn, promoting linebackers coach D.J. Durkin to coordinator, Muschamp saying he will continue to work closely with the defense himself.
