Gainesville, FL--Call it another big road test for a team that's not fared so well so far this season on the road. Billy Donovan and his Gator basketball, riding a 7 game winning streak, coming off wins last week over South Carolina and Vandy, head to Lexington Tuesday.
The Gators now 19-4 overall, 7-1 in the SEC. Kentucky comes in number one with a record of 23-1! Billy Donovan knows what kind of game he and his guys are in for Tuesday night.
"They can win in a lot of different ways. They can win going up and down the floor. They can win grinding it out. They can win with their defense, they can win with their offense. They shoot it well from behind the three point line. They have a lot of answers with personnel in every single spot. So there really aren't a lot of weaknesses in their team, they really are a complete team. And I think the last several years they've been a complete team."
Florida hoping it can end the longest home winning streak in college ball, the 'cats have won 48 straight at Rupp. That game Tuesday night set for 6 central. Florida just 2-4 so far on the road this season, with losses at Ohio State, Syracuse, Rutgers and Tennessee.
