Girls High School State Soccer Tournament Set

Panama City Beach, FL --- It's prime time in high school soccer, as the girl's take the field to make their state title dreams come true, including the players at Mosley and Arnold.

Back on Thursday night's chilly clash, these girl's gave it their all in a thrilling 3-2 Mosley win that clinched home turf in the regional quarterfinals of the state tournament. The win keeps the Lady 'Fins from traveling in the first round of states Gulf Breeze in the 3A bracket, while the Lady Marlins, for their second place finish, will travel to Pensacola to battle against West Florida.

All regional quarterfinals matchups will take place this Thursday, January 23rd at 7 PM. Here are the matchups.

In 1A, district runner up Port St. Joe travels to St. Johns Country Day.

Up in 2A, after winning their district, South Walton will host Florida High while Catholic travels to Wakulla.

Navarre will go to Gainesville for their matchup.

The next round, regional semis, will be held Tuesday the 28th.

Boys district tournaments across the state starts tomorrow, with Bay county play beginning Tuesday at Gavlak, with the championship on Friday at 7. We'll have it all on NewsChannel 7 Sports.
