PANAMA CITY, FL- 100 of the top high school baseball players from around the southeast are in Panama City for the weekend trying to impress college and pro scouts. The annual Gulf Coast top 100 baseball series is underway.
The baseball portion of the top 100 showcase started Saturday with a hour and a half workout. Then the players from all over the Florida Panhandle, Alabama, and Georgia went through some batting practice.
They will play through 4 games for the scouts from the MLB, college, and junior college.
