James Finch may step down as owner of Phoenix Racing

Lynn Haven, Fl-- Per Jayski.com Lynn Haven resident and Phoenix Construction owner, James Finch, said unless their is a drastic change in the economics of NASCAR, he will have to resign as owner of Phoenix Racing.
Finch, a 20 plus year NASCAR vet also said that the 2013 stockers will obsolete his entire fleet of race cars
Phoenix Racing has had no major sponsor this year and Finch has been driving around in a hauler thats painted stark black
Their #51 is driven by Kurt Busch in the Sprint Cup Series.
Busch currently ranks 25th in the 2012 standings.
