Panama City, FL--It's just about time for a rematch between the two teams atop the early season Panhandle standings. Each team in the league has played every other conference foe one time, and Tuesday it's the second head to head meeting between the Lady Raiders and Lady Commodores.
Their first meeting in Niceville going the way of the Lady Raiders, 68-58. Gulf Coast came back to win 3 straight, while Northwest won two of it's next 3. So they're tied at 3-1 atop the standings heading into this second meeting at Gulf Coast tomorrow night.
Lady Raiders Head Coach Patrick Harrington says he's not necessarily overhauling things getting set for that rematch but some changes will be made.
"Our preparation gets tweaked from game to game, based on some of the things, the success that Gulf Coast had with us last week. And then when we go to play Chipola we'll look and break that tape down and see how they attack us and where we had success. And i full well expect that they're going to tweak what they do."
The ladies tip at 5:30, the men's game, also between two 3-1 teams tied for the lead, goes at 7:30.
