Liberty Bucks Bozeman on Thursday Night

Panama City, FL --- Thursday night in the Sand Hills, two 1A teams faced off who are seemingly headed in opposite directions, as the 5-1 Liberty Bulldogs took on the 1-5 Bucks of Bozeman.

In the highlights from the game above, Bucks are in the home blue and get into the endzone first, Bubba Thompson looking to pass, instead he scrambles up the middle, gets to the 1.

And then he calls his own number on the sneak, and gets pushed across it's 7-0 Bozeman.

Back come the Bulldogs, early second quarter, sophomore QB Micah McCaskill drops back and fires to Hunter Jacobs, he finds daylight down the far sideline and he makes some nice moves on his way to the score, ties the game at 7.

Bucks trying to answer that with another score, and move it down the field, but then disaster, Thompson's pass picked off by Jordan Chaney at the 9, he reverses his field and follows some blockers, he goes all the way for the 91 yard touchdown return, and it's 14-7 Bulldogs.

Later in the quarter, Liberty puts up another touch, this one on the ground, J.J. House, taking it to the...well you know the cliche, it's 21-7.

Then before the half, another McCaskill TD pass, 40 yards down the middle to Chaney, made it 28-7 into the half.

Bulldogs go on to win it 49-14, so they go to 6-1, Bozeman falls to 1-6.
