Marlins Get Hard Fought Hoops Win Over Walton

Panama City Beach, FL---Coach West and his Walton Braves ventured south to take on coach Britton and his Marlins Tuesday night. And what a game that turned out to be, going down to the wire, with the Marlins eventually scratching out a 76-73 win.

Stephon Johns leading the way for the Marlins with 15 points, 9 rebounds. Cordale Morris added 15 points.

The attached video shows the following:

-The visitors in the dark uni's and attacking the lane early on, nice bounce pass from Rosheen Blackmon to Nitro Gee, who lays it off the glass.

-A bit later Gee goes inside again, makes the nice spin move to shake the defender, early 4 point lead for Walton.

-Back come the fish, nice baseline jumper by Cordale Morris.

- A bit later on, he backs it up a few feet and from behind the official there knocks down three more, Arnold's up two late in the first.

-They continue to exchange buckets, Walton pressing, Amos Williams forces the turnover and gets the layup.

-Arnold answers that with a nice drive by Steph0n Johns, this one back and forth all the way, Marlins able to get the 3 point win 76-73. Johns leads with 15.
