Lynn Haven, FL---There is a change coming atop the athletic department at Mosley High School. Athletic Director Danny Nagy is stepping away from that post, effective the end of this school year.
Coach Nagy, who took over as A.D. last January, says the demands on his time just hasn't been a good fit for him or his family. He's the father of two young children.
He says he intends to stay and teach at Mosley and stay on as a football assistant with incoming head coach Jeremy Brown, in whatever capacity coach Brown needs him.
Coach Nagy says he's also told principal Sandy Harrison he'll do whatever he can to help find a suitable replacement and help that replacement work into the job.
Coach Nagy, a Bay and Florida State alum, says everyone at the school has been very understanding and gracious with his decision, telling him they want him to be happy and do what is right for his family.
