Lynn Haven, FL---The Mosley football program is going through a coaching change these days, and the search is on to find a successor to head coach Perry Brown.
Brown leaving with the early retirement program, so A.D. Danny Nagy and Mosley principal Sandy Harrison in the process of forming a search committee of boosters, administrators and others to find Brown's successor.
"I would like for our next coach to be in here in mid to late winter, before spring ball." says Nagy. "That's, we feel like we can make that happen. And I just think it's important for them to be able to get in here and work with the kids. And so that's the plan. So we're gonna have the process rolling here soon. The advertisement will probably go up sometime in the next week or so. And then we can start getting our applicants and we can get to work on getting the coach here."
Nagy says Brown's been a mentor to him in many ways, and Danny's sorry to see coach Brown depart. Nagy says they won't be looking for a coach with any particular offensive style, just a rock solid football coach.
