Mosley Looks Ahead to Volleyball Playoff Opener

Lynn Haven, FL---For ten area teams it's time to look ahead to the start of the state playoffs.

Count the Mosley Lady Dolphins among that group. Mosley a perennial visitor to the playoffs, hoping this will be the year they break through and make it all the way.

Mosley head coach Steve Canfield's bunch posting a 22-3 regular season mark, then a win in the district semi's, followed by a loss to Niceville in the district title match last week.

So Mosley begins the playoffs on the road at Pace Tuesday night hoping to get the first of five wins necessary to win it all. Here's Canfield's thoughts from Monday afternoon.

"We just got out of a meeting, our Monday meeting we do, we talked about things. And reset our goals, you know everybody's zero and zero right now. You know we beat Niceville last year and they came back and beat us at our place last year. So you know really whatever happened yesterday doesn't matter, we gotta refocus, we're in the playoff and right now our focus is Pace High School."

That match Tuesday night at 7 again, at Pace.
