Mosley Seniors Leading the Way to Districts, State

Lynn Haven, FL---The Mosley Dolphins have been hard at work leading up to the 5A-1 District Tournament at the practice field getting physically and mentally ready to make another run at the state championship.

Their 2013 season ended in the state final. The 2014 team intends to return back there, but be the one's celebrating in the end. But before they can get to state, they have to move past districts first.

With a senior laden squad, one motivated to do big things, they're approaching districts with intents to take care of business.

"I feel like with our senior leadership, they realize how tough it is to make it as far as we did last year," said head coach Todd Harless. "There's only been four teams in Bay County history to play for a state championship and they want to try and go back."

"It would be nice to win the district tournament because then we'd have the home field advantage and we'd be able to play all the way up until the Final Four here," said left fielder Brady Bell. "So I think a district championship is kinda crucial."
