Mosley Golf Team Stumbles at Districts.

Tallahassee, FL--To golf and it's a rather bitter taste of disappoint for the Mosley golf squad. The Dolphins a very impressive 72-5 in their matches this season, so it had very high postseason aspirations.
Those aspirations will go unrealized as the Dolphins come up several strokes short of moving past today's district tourney. The Dolphins 4th out of 7 teams in their district at Killearn. They wound up 15 shots out of first, but more importantly, 4 shots behind Gainesville Buchholz for third. Only the top three teams advance.
Freshman Jeremy Sengerfitt had the low round for Mosley with a 77, then went on to win a playoff hole to finish top 3 of the the players not on a qualifying team, so Jeremy will advance to regionals as an individual. Mosley coach Mike Riley telling me his guys are very disappointed in themselves, they just melted today on the back 9 as Riley put it.
