Muschamp Looking for Offensive Improvement This Week

Gainesville, FL---It's been no doubt a seemingly endless layoff for the Florida Gators, coming off the loss ten days ago in Miami.

The Gators hoping to get back on track this Saturday as they host Tennessee. Given that ugly showing by the offense a week and a half ago in Miami, Will Muschamp's looking for improvement, though he's working to defend Jeff Driskel, the UF quarterback who caught much of the flak in the wake of that loss!

"There was four or five plays in the game that he would have liked to have had back." Muschamp says. "But he also made some really nice throws, he made some really nice throws on third down. He he stood in the pocket on a seam throw to Quinton and got smacked in the chin and made a heck of a throw. He was very accurate with the football, and we had two drops. So with the two drops he's 22 of 33 and we feel a little differently about it. If you take care of the ball in some other situations. And that's just, he knows that. He knows you can't force the ball to Solomon in that situation there. We've got to just move forward and learn from that and that's what I think we've done."
